This policy explains how Witness Technologies OPC Private Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, synchronouz.io. Each Synchronouz product's own terms and privacy policy cover the data you put into that product. For a product that does not publish a policy yet, write to us and we'll send you the details.

• Basic technical data our hosting provider records for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and send you information you asked for.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data. Enquiries are stored in our own CRM, DealOps, hosted in India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing hello@synchronouz.io.
