Security practices across every product
Hosted in India
Our applications and databases run on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region.
Isolated by design
Each customer organisation has its own database. One customer's records are never stored alongside another's.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection uses TLS 1.2 or newer, and browsers are told to use HTTPS only (HSTS).
Least-privilege access
Role-based permissions decide what each user can see and do, from the owner to the front desk.
Verified sign-in
New accounts are verified with a one-time password before they can sign in.
Your data is yours
You own the data you put into our products. Ask us and we'll export it for you.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue in any Synchronouz product, email us with the details and steps to reproduce. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we fix it. Please don't access other customers' data or disrupt the service while testing.
